1. A costumer user has the right of product return without being required any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the product purchase.
For this right, the user may fill in the form below, with all the identification data as well as of the product to return. It must be sent, by letter, with the return of the acquired product, or by another appropriate and susceptible means of proof within the period above mentioned.
The costumer must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution, return the products to my HI-FI HOUSE in due use conditions.

The packaging and all the documentation must be returned complete, as it was delivered, namely, the following documents: sales invoice and the document of the product reception. They must be sent free of charge to the following address:

If the user chooses other forms of return, the shipping costs will be his responsibility.
1.1. Once received at my HI-FI HOUSE the amount of the order payment (sales invoice) will be returned. If it was used a promotional discount code, it will not be refunded. The refund is only the amount actually paid.
1.2 The refunding amount depends on the payment method used. Payments by credit card and PayPal, are credited to the respective accounts. In the remaining cases, when BIN is provided, the refund is made to the bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to the billing address. Refunds are made up to 14 days after information of free will resolution, and the return of the product.
1.3 In the lack of any of the product components, or if any of them are not in excellent condition, there will be no refund, and the product will be sent back.
2. MANUFACTURING DEFECT
2.1. When there’s a "manufacturing defect", that is, when malfunctions are detected in the product that, usually, does not fall within the scope of the respective warranty, the user must return it, together with an invoice copy and the form "Order Exchange/Return of Product ” completed, within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days from the invoice date, to the following address:

2.2. To the product exchange, the user must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, warranty certificate, terminal and accessories) with all the components in excellent condition.
2.3. In the lack of any of the elements above mentioned, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, there will be no exchange, and the product will be sent back.
3. WARRANTY
3.1. All the products available are duly certified by the international competent entities.
3.2. The products have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which, under legal terms, is at least 2 (two) years. Starting from the date of the product invoice and can only be exercised by presenting the guarantee certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.
3.3. The products are out of warranty when passing the limited manufacturer date limit, and those with defects caused by abnormal wear, improper installation, bad weather, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, mishandling, infiltration of moisture/liquids, use of non-accessories and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel.
3.4. If there is a product malfunction, within the warranty date, the user will be able to go to a brand service center with the purchase and/or warranty document.
3.5. Malfunction of accessories within the warranty date, must be sent, with the purchase and/or warranty document, to the following address:

If the user chooses other forms of return, the shipping costs will be his responsibility. The user must always request the CTT order sending document.
3.6. If there is a malfunction product that is out of the warranty date, the user can take it to a brand service center with the purchase document.
